The Trail Conservancy relies on volunteers to complete many ecological restoration projects, events, and tasks to keep the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail on the right trajectory toward improved ecological function.

Austin Creative Reuse is a nonprofit organization that collects, sells, and distributes donated reusable materials. We're giving materials a second life! We take in ~50,000lbs of donations every month and need lots of help from volunteers processing all of those donations.

We connect people and resources, grow food and community, and celebrate the power of neighbors rooted in our land and our history to create a healthy future for all.

Multiple environmental opportunities to clean up Austin area parks

Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Food Bank. We have weekday and weekend volunteer opportunities—perfect for individuals and groups—helping prepare food donations for distribution and distributing food at mobile food pantries.

Our food rescue runners pick up excess food from grocery stores, hotels, caterers, schools, restaurants, and more and deliver it to one of our recipient partner organizations that feed those in need.
